One of Gaetano’s favorite things to do is share his knowledge of cooking! We offer cooking classes on selected Saturday mornings beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at approximately 2:00 p.m.

During class, we will supply paper and pen for your notes, as you watch, listen and learn new cooking techniques. You will sample different types of wine and enjoy lunch. Each class has a different theme, and on occasion, there are guest Chef’s accompanying Gaetano.

The class fee is $70.00 per person, including wine and lunch. Please refer to our Event Calendar for upcoming classes………the 2014 Class Season is currently being developed!
